100 Days of Coffee - Day 45

Today we had a family day out being tourists in our own town. We visited the National Capital Exhibition Centre and learned about some of the history of Canberra and a bit about Walt and Marion Griffin, the husband and wife team that won the competition of planning the city of Canberra. Outside the exhibition centre we stopped for coffee and iced chocolates.

Then we headed to The National Botanic Gardens to wander around and have a picnic lunch. I especially enjoyed the foggy rainforest walk. Then home for a hot coffee, I edited some photos from today and then made pumpkin soup for dinner. I even got a little painting in.

Todays coffee pic is of mine and Evan's coffees outside the exhibition centre.
