100 Days of Coffee - Day 41

Today, I spent some time drinking a second coffee in bed while writing my to do list, followed by some painting. It was a great way to start my day.

Took Sally and Tara to the shops with me where we sent a present off, got a coffee and milkshakes and the girls bought some shoes to paint tomorrow. They both spent some time this afternoon designing how they're going to paint their shoes, I'm excited to see how they turn out!

I went for a 20 minute walk this afternoon. It feels good to be slowly increasing my physical activity.

Todays photo is of my second coffee, just after it was made, on my kitchen bench, I didn't even wipe up the crumbs on the bench or the fingerprints on the toaster.
